Sindh is known as the "Land
of Sufi Saints ". The
name of Sindh comes with the concept of Sufism, Shrines, Urs, Poetry,
Literature and Fairs (Only first character of proper noun should be with capital). The fair of Ramdev Pir is one of them. The temple of Ramdev Pir is situated in Khatri
Muhalla, Tando Allahyar, Sindh. This temple is the third largest pilgrimage
site for the Hindus of Sindh. The fair held every year in the month of
Bhadrapad (August-September) according to Hindu calender. The fair continues 18
days. This includes many mores start by the Gusul of the Morti of Shiri Ramdev
Pir. After this a flag ceremony done in which the devotees who have some voy
bring "Dajja" (flag) and place it in the Temple .
