An enthusiastic and versatile individual with a wide range experience in Mechatronics Engineering and E-Marketing. Studied, worked, lived and traveled around the world. Pir Arkam Suharwardy! Arkam is an Arabic term – known as first Preaching Centre of Islam, just like his just he proved himself First Preacher of 3D Printer in Pakistan. He opens gates in Pakistan for cheap robot making and gave Pakistan a very first 3D-Printer and known as 1st 3D printer maker of Pakistan in an age of just 23.
His Journey from Ordinary to Extraordinary: Pakistan 1st 3D printer maker was born on 20th May, 1991 in Hyderabad, inherently from Naushero Feroze, Alumni of St. Bon & Foundation Public School (FPS). He is a graduate of Telecommunication Engineering with CGPA of 3.15. Studied in Bahcesehir University, Istanbul Turkey in M.Sc Mechatronics Engineering with CGPA of 3.45. His undergrad project was A RepRap 3D printer. He is the first guy to make a 3D printer in Pakistan. During his bachelors, He was awarded undergrad scholarship by USEFP to study one semester in University of Huntsville Alabama, USA and was selected as Cultural Ambassador of Pakistan to United States, where he promoted and shared his Sindhi Culture through presentations in different schools and universities. During his bachelors he made lots of Electronics/Robotics Projects which he profiled in his online blog later made into DIY website. He helps the undergrad students who are pursuing Electronics Engineering and interested in Robotics. He also owns a youtube channel which aids his projects and shares his Video-tutorials on how to make those projects. Currently working as an Account Manager at Bru London Ltd, His past professional work experience includes: Brand Strategist in Oo-Kuma 3D printing Filaments, Istanbul Turkey, Facilitator Education Technologies at Generation’s School, Karachi, STEM Instructor at Robotics Labs, Phase VI, Karachi. He has also conducted a 3D Printing workshop for SZABIST software engineering students. Due to his research work and skills in robot design, he was honored as Robot Design Judge in inter-Karachi FIRST Robot Lego league competition held at KITE University, Karachi. Looking at his struggle and successes he was invited as Inspirational Speaker at Marriot, Karachi by Habib University to speak at summer camp named “Tech-Shack”. As Facilitator Education Technologies he trained teachers to conduct Robotics Courses in school and also mentored a team in Robotic competition which was held in Spain and succeeded with second prize. He earned from Photography to support his Engineering projects and research. Based on his Semester Results at Bahcesehir University, IETLS Score and Language proficiency tests, he had been awarded an Erusmus Exchange program Scholarship in Hochschule Düsseldorf. He had studied one semester of his M.Sc in Germany, Dusseldorf 2015/2016 Fall semester and succeeds with 4.0 CGPA there. He took 4 courses, did 3 to 4 projects, traveled 15 states and have been into 28 states of Europe through his 6 months Erusmus Exchange Program in Germany.

Example of Unparalleled Intellect : He is one perfect example of unparalleled intellect, continuous struggle, he proved that it is only way out that leads towards success. While in conversation with him, he shared his life mantra that : “My dream is to become Technopreneur. I want to dedicate my entire life to Technology and Educational development in Pakistan. I dream big and to make it come true, I struggle hard!“
In his childhood, he was inclined towards Art & Drawing. He used to participate in drawing competitions and usually had topped in most of them. According to him, he was below average student in his academics at his school level but remained always at top in Science exhibitions, drawing contests, debating societies and quiz competitions.
After his high school life, when time arrived of his graduation, he was totally confused, he hadn’t have any idea what to do next, where to join, as per his interest in Arts he was thinking to go to CEAD but contrary to his wish, his parents wanted him to go to Telecommunication Engineering MUET – So, he joint there! He shared that, throughout his 1st year at graduation college he barely had any idea about telecommunication engineering, course was flying over his head yet he managed to grab a good CGPA but he wasn’t enjoying there, he used to spend more time in labs of other departments like Electronics, Mechanical etc. At that time he realized that, this something he can do it, but he don’t want to do it, he was missing thrill. He developed his interest in Robots, Circuit boards at that time.
He is among one of first Muetian who was selected in UGRAD who went to US for cultural exchange program. He pursed there USA History, Jawa Programming and Robotics. He was really good into Robotics, He learnt a lot there, new perspective of life he had developed there, and on his return he thrusts himself into making of cheapest robot in Pakistan. People mocked him, made fun of his passion but he never turned his ears on them, remained engaged in chasing his passion, eventually he got succeed in giving Pakistan’s 1st cheapest robot.
Courageous Saga behind First 3D Printer Maker Of Pakistan :
For his final year project, he wanted to do something BIG, something DIFFERENT, something like which hadn’t been done before, he thought to prepare a 3D – Printer, yes 3D printer in 2012, Pakistan used to import it at that time, when he putted his project proposal to his professors, they refused to accept it because he was in telecommunication engineering and 3D-Printer is subject of electronics but somehow he got through it, He earned his worth, he proved himself. He chased his passion and made his NAME a BRAND. It was like he had done a wonder in field of electronics being a student of telecommunication. He got 98 marks in project from Chairman of his department. It was highest marks chairman had ever given in his career to any student. He was 1st from his batch that got job even before his practical exams with very very handsome salary package only at the age of 23 on the bases of his passion for robotics and electronics.
Arkam struggled and made his life and name but desires are like sea water, the more you drink of them, the more you feel thirsty to achieve your dreams. He had offered from 11 big universities of UK for his masters but he started his Masters in Mechatronics in Turkey.
He printed 3D vessel – 21 Jan, 2013! Its ever first print from his own 3D printer.
Shades of Arkam’s Personality: Despite of being confident and energetic young hunk, he has frank nature, cool tempered guy with ever smiling face and broad vision of acceptance. He is polite and humble, always up for helping others, having good and wide social circle.
They say ; wit’s flight and wit’s journey in immeasurable, it is hard to explain Arkam’s color of skills, some people posses hidden treasures in their personality – He is Technopreneur, Engineer, E-Markerter, Photographer, Traveler, Blogger, Web Developer, Graphic Designer.
And let me tell you an astonishing thing about him, he never went for any institute to learn web developing, graphic designing, he learnt himself from books, internet and libraries. He believed in himself, according to him, if you have will to become something, to learn something to earn, you CAN do it, all you need is continuous struggle, full dedication and constancy towards your goal.
We often see dignified and elegant personalities around us, with high spirit and achievements but an honored position is acquired after a long period of struggle. And Arkam had gone through struggling phase courageously. He is a proficient photographer, he had started his own brand during his graduation days, covered events to earn to invest for his projects. At that time Arkam became kind of famous as photographer and nobodies knows his Rookiee Electronics (He was fanatics about it and still he is – his passion)
Hence he proved that there is a will, there is a way. These lines truly rectify for people like him, who turned way to glorious life. He is perfect combination of creativity, leadership skills and time management. You know what, let me reveal another surprising point about his personality, he used to set daily reminders, I was amazed to see when he showed me his phone, there everything was in line, tightly packed schedule but perfectly managed. This makes me believe in, even in this era, people do exist who know value and worth of time. I can say for sure this is one the fundamental factor behind his success and glory.
Lighter Sides of Arkam : While sharing lighter side of his personality he told, he never gets bore, he loves to do adventures, tried news things, hard workers, smart and intelligent people appeal him.
When he was asked that your parents are both a big part of your life, which one do you feel had the most influence on you….? He replied “My mom is great, I love her! I went for Telecom and then Turkey as per her desire but I always wanted to impress my dad, one of my goal of life is to make him proud always”

How Arkam Makes His Decisions : While making any decision or before initiating any new thing he calculates all pros and cons, after visiting all positive and negative aspects of circumstances he plan things and at the very top he keeps his parents happiness and wills. This depicts he is a perfect family man!
Daring : He is daring, he makes deadlines for himself and completes his all self-given tasks at those deadline, it reveals that he enjoy to challenge himself. This is something alluring about his philosophy of life.
He is perfect proof that life is full of opportunities, if a person wills to take full advantage of it. Making your way in this constant society is a difficult task for some, it’s all the skills they have of entrepreneurship. According to him; Success is a greatest revenge, never leave your passion, always go for it, chase it, have it, manage yourself, time and strength for it. He is a epic fascination of pursing passion. According to him, degrees don’t matter but achievements do. Readers must be surprised to know that he never gave nor he was asked for his degree in renowned companies in which he is acquiring important positions like BRU London LTD – ABERCROMBIE & FITCH – OOKUMA FILAMNETS – Generations School – Robotics Labs (PVT) LTD – or as S.T.E.M Instructor.
As a traveler – as an explorer! He has been into 20 states.
Unsatisfied, Confused but Awe-Inspiring Individual : When he was asked about when he have been most satisfied in his life, he answered that he never gets satisfied till yet, he always wants to do more, to explore more to experience more, to know more. He added “I am like a child, I think like a child, I have childish desires, I do things, I don’t think, I don’t know why I’m confused about life, still I’m confused, but let me tell you one thing, Confusion is a really nice thing, it excites human to explore more, to strive for more”
It compels me to think that if being confused is very nice thing which enables one to do wonder like Arkam does, I wish everyone would become confused and in ray of confusion people do big things like Arkam did and still he has many more plans to turn into actuality to set examples.
Imagine, If, in his 25 years of life, he does such magnificent attempts, what would he will do when he will be double in his age. For me, Arkam is not a mere name; he is a fanatic tale of vehemence full of inspiration, devotion, dedication, determination, and smartness. He is a ray of afflatus for those who seek motivation from incredible personage like him.
Barely people do appeals me, Arkam is among very few of them who incentivizes me, I’m glad to share I met him, I’m proud of him! Huge Respect for this hard striver for making his sustain place in world with passion for Circuits boards, Robots and Mectatronics.
