Q:1 WHAT IS THE ROLE OF PARENTS, STUDENTS, AND TEACHERS IN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM?
ANS: In educational system the main of government is that policy Supervision planning but in all these mechanisms the main role is teacher role because if the project is on the paper result can’t be possible.The role of students can’t be complete without the selection of merit,If the students recommend on the basis on corruption so the result cannot be clear because their concentration are not well

Q:2 WHAT IS THE MAIN DEFECT IN OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM?
ANSWER: The main defect is in monitoring now a days our educational policies held announced in September 2009 and in the year of 2009 the presence of  educational policies, the previous policies which came in 1998 to 2010 but in 2009 this educational policies held created.
The last thing is that in 2009 educational policies gave a lot of things but the one and the main thing is that in 2015 our literacy rate in educational system will be moved on 85% but now we are in 2016 and it is not yet developed

Q : YOU ARE ALSO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD BUT AFTER EVERY STRUGGLE WHY WE COULD NOT STOP THE CHEATING CULTURE?
ANS: Because the chairman is the person and the society are base on the copy culture, if the society can not stop the copy culture the chairman can not do any thing there are three main important things
1s : parents, 2nd: students, 3rd: board members
IF THESE PEOPLE MAKE THE UNITY IN AGAINST OF CHEATING, SO THE CHEATING CAN NOT BE POSSIBLE.

Q: DO YOU THINK? IN FUTURE OUR ALL PRIVATE SCHOOL AND COLLEGES ALWAYS REGISTERED WITH THE CAMBRIDGE AND AGHA KHAN BOARD, AND OUR BOARD OF INTERMIDIATE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM WILL JUST TAKE THE EXAMS OF GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS?
ANS: The first thing is that the danger are seeing clearly the government school must have education in the government school only have free education in the classes 1 to 10 and have the free textbooks. In the government schools the education is must be important the system of Cambridge are going to held due to those parents who have a lot money for the fees that means the merit students can not become forward? Because their parents have less money

Q: YOU ARE SHORT STORY TELLER, YOU ARE THE PLAY WRITE HYDERABAD CREATED THE THREE SHORT SORY TELLER  DOCTOR HASSAN MANZAR, QADEER GOSI  andANWAR AHMED ZAI. THESE THREE NAMES ARE SEEN IN ONE PERIOD WHAT IS THE REASON NOW HYDERABAD HAVE NO ANY WRITTER LIKE THESE THREE PEOPLE?

ANS: In our Hyderabad the short story teller and the play write are not creating because they are not focusing on their talent because without study it cannot be possible and the last thing the Hassan Manzar and the Qadeer Gosi have the talent of Matla.

Q: IS IT RIGHT? IN HYDERABAD POETRY REPLACED PROSE?
ANS: In overall not especially in Hyderabad the poets cannot be count but in same case the prose writer canbe count easily because the poetry is easy the prose is difficult.

Q: IN PREVIOUS TIME LITERATURE INCLUDED IN OUR SUBJECTS BUT NOW ADAYS IT HAVE NO ANY IMORTANCE DUE TO THIS ACTON WHAT CAN BE LOSS OF OUR FUTURE?
ANS: The literature are going into the loss because if any student give the exam so he/she will interested in grades as compare to knowledge if he/she take the good grade so we thing he/she did the great job! So the main thing is that in our educational system the process of literature, respect should be start again if we want a good environment in our Educational system so we must have to develop our activities and competitions

Q: YOU ARE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERT IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THE SYLLABUS OF INTER CREAT THE OVER AGAIN AND THE SUBJECT OF URDU ALSO INCLUDED THEIR WITH IMPROVEMENT
ANSWER: It is important in 2006 the syllabus was not going to be change the urdu is must be important in the schools now adays that birocrat are in the tention. Due to this statement in that case it must be important that the students are know about the urdu language

Q: THE SUPREME CORT IMPLEMENT URDU IN ALL OFFICIES AND GOVERNMENT ALSO ORDER THE LETTER WRITING IN URDU IN ALL OFFICIES WHAT ARE THE REASONS IS NOT IT PRACTICE IN THE BOARD AND OTHER OFFICIES?
ANSWER: Birocrates are don’t know about the urdu and they facing the problem. so it must be important  the student  well know about the urdu language.

Q: HOW CAN WE IMPROVE OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM?
ANS: Main thing is that the education emergency is must be created. The education emergency means the changes, the Globalization in that case the only government can not be responsible the government people, anjeoz , government people must be create their academy and because of this process we can get the better educational system.

Q: Hello sir! First of all I want to ask that why you choose teaching as your profession?
Ans: As I experience in my childhood, that finding a good teacher for you is a most tough job. Every teacher does not tends to be the good attention giving teacher to students, So I decided then I would be a ideal teachers for my students and will choose teaching as my profession.
Q: So then you choose subject physics for teaching, can you tell us why?
Ans: As I found physics subject very interesting subject from my school time and I was very good in that subject so I decided to choose physics as my teaching subject in this field.
Q: So from where you did yours bachelor?
Ans: Well from the University of Sindh in the year of 2005 I completed my bachelors from the department of physics. And after that I did my M.S.C also from the department of physics in the year of 2008.
Q: So who is your inspiration regarding your filed?
Ans: Well I am very inspired by the respected Dr: Abdus Salam. And because of this inspiration I approach various levels in physics.
Q: What are you doing now a day?
Ans: Nowadays I am teaching subject physics in The Educators College and Zubair College and after my college timings I own a coaching center as well in which I also teaches physics subject.
Q: Can you share some of your achievements with us?
Ans: Well, I have clear the test of Head Master BPS 17, waiting for joining orders on ways.
Q: Everyone thinks that physics is the subject which lead students towards bore dome, what is your thinking that is they right?
Ans: Well in my point of view it totally depends on the personal interest of the student, different people have different thinking, my opinion is that Physics is a vast subject having multiple dimensions. If student wants to study this subject from core of their heart then this subject is a piece of cake.
Q: So sir tells us about some of your individual service for this field of teaching?
Ans: Yes! As teaching is not my profession it is my passion, I want every next child of our society to be well educated for the prosperity of their country, but every child cannot bare education in our society so I have some students to whom I teaches totally free of cost for the sake of kindness. I consider this service of mine a very helpful for others.
Q: So have you some planning about your future?
Ans: With very sadness I have to say that our education system is very hollow, so I decided to serve my future also in the field of teaching and I would try to approach at the peak of this field.
Q: So sir what are your struggles behind your achievements ?
Ans: Well I struggled a lot in my life, I faced my father’s death in the age of 12 so no one was there to sustain our family in which my mother and and my two younger brothers are included. So I was the only one backbone of my family, so I struggled a lot in my life and experience very good as well as worst situations in my life.
Q: Any message/suggestion to the students who are studying in this field?
Ans: Student should become active learner and questioner. Student test their thinking power using their best standard, they have to be clear in all lecture using their best intellectual standards. They have to make goals regarding their study on the basis of their educational caliper. Student should be precise learner.

Naima Bhatti born in District Umerkot, City Kundri and spend her childhood over there she did her Bsc and Msc in Zoology. Started her job in Karachi in medicines and in 2005 in Mithi Tharparkar was assigned a duty of a guest producer and produce many regional programs. In 2009 became assistant producer transformed her job to radio Pakistan Karachi. Since 2011 she is now working in Radio Pakistan Hyderabad and giving her duties for 5 years. She Did her Masters regular in 2012 in Mass Communication from University of Sindh.

Q: Tell me about yourself and your educational experience?
A: I am basically from Umerkot, City Kundri Pak I did my intermediate in biology then I did my bsc from district Umerkot. Then for the first time in 2005 when Shaukat Aziz launched FM 108 I started my carrier from Mithi Tharparkar in radio on FM 108 as a guest producer on a contract. Produced many regional programs. In 2007 in a ‘All over Pakistan Survey’  Mithi Tharparkar was on top in its programs. In 2009 became a assistant producer and got my trainings. Transformed to radio Pakistan Karachi worked about 1 year on Prime Time, took many personalities interview programs, student program, womens program, sports program. I am myself Urdu speaking but I have command on Sindhi, Marvari, Dhatki and Punjabi  languages too. In 2011 joined Radio Pakistan Hyderabad In 2012 I did my masters in Mass Communication from University of Sindh and got Second postion. I have been always getting positions through out my academic years. Its abut 4,5 years I’m working here in Radio Pakistan Hyderabad as a producer and produced many programs ‘’ Sub Pakistan Rabta’’ ‘’Hum Nojawan’’ on national level and produced many programs for students.

Q: What are a Responsibilities of a Producer?
A:  A Producer is like a Pilot for every work going under him or her. The major responsibility of a producer is to keep in mind and check that what our audience wants to listen. And to always come up with some new varieties. Creativity is important for  a Producer. Radio is the world of voice so a producer should produce programs according to the categories like according economy, psychology, socially so that may be beneficial for the listeners. Either the program is acceptable for them or not. If you are following all these responsibilities then you are a good producer. Radio always provides a platform for the new talent, also women’s encouragement.
Q:  You belong to a backward area so how did you faced all the problems?
A: I’m really blessed that by the Grace of Allah I got so much support from my parents which is really a important thing. My father had always supported me a lot. Whatever today I’m is just because of my Father. Because I had never thought to be here or to even complete my education in media because from where I belong that environment is too sophisticated and covered environment for girls. so apart from all that I crossed my tough journey which wasn’t possible for me if my parents wouldn’t have supported me. I’m the first girl in my area who went for university for higher studies.
Q:  How would you justify the fact that the job of radio is not as progressive and lucrative as other professions?
A: I’ll be saying negative ( re-word this sentence, this is wrong English) for this because internationally and after modern technology radio has become portable. If even any connection has been dropped due to any disaster the radio is the only medium to provide news and information. Radio is used only at that time.
Q: Which out of these are important in your Profession? Knowledge, Humor, Intelligence?
A: All these three are important but Knowledge is must including confidence. If suppose you are prepare for your today’s show with your script but suddenly there goes something unusual like a Marshall law so at a time you have to speak on that you have to get on air with that program without any hesitation so this could be only possible if one has a knowledge that how to cope in such situations.
Q: What preparations do you do before your show starts?
A: Before starting any program you must know your topic on which you have to speak, including arrangements, script which has to be written before, then we have to wett a term used in our radio which means to edit and to check that script. There are three production stages first is pre production then production and last post production.
Q: What future do you see of radio in Pakistan in this fast technology world?
A: It’s the era of FM, the busiest era in which we have no time to watch tv or news. but radio is listened all over the world because of FM. Since FM has invented there has been a lot of changes now as it is potable. Young generation is getting attracted towards it.
Q:  Where do you see yourself in future?
A: It’s the era of fast groomed media. So for radio its really a good opportunity as its range has also increased. There are many scholarships opportunities also provide for the producers like voice of America, china japan urdu services. and radio provide alot opportunities to learn from international media and I’m looking forward for those scholarships.
Q: What is your opinion regarding media communication studies?
A: Its really a great field being myself a student of media communication I would say that today nothing is hidden in this world. Everything can be exposed (of) through media. The voice can be raised through media and through media we can turn other people’s mind too.
Q: What’s the difference between private media and state media?
A: In State Media there is no Sensation, Peaceful atmosphere, Standard programs, well language used, no promotion of any other country’s culture or song especially India private media  are only promoting to Pakistan and its culture. Whereas, in private everything is totally opposite you can see everything is with more sensation and suspense, fakeness and glamour they are promoting other countries culture which you won’t found here in state media.
Q: Do you want to give suggestion to your juniors to jon their carrier in radio?
A: They should definitely join radio and experience the atmosphere of radio as well but first complete your education and don’t take any work light do it with your dedication and commitment and interest and you are a media student and before joining radio you must be well aware about current affairs , read books and stay impartial.
Q: The scope of media is touching sky so what message would you give to your juniors while studying media?
A:  ‘’ There are many difficulties present in our ways but if we work hard we get success and twinkle like a star all over the world’’

“I was also motivated by Edhi sahib, And my motto in life is to help others.

My work is enough for the critics, critics motivates me.

I always wanted to help the people of my soil. Due to the lack of opportunities they are frustrated and majority are going on wrong path like terrorism, robbery etc . I just wanted to help them that's what i tried and still trying to accomplish.”

 Ans: My organization is based on the welfare of youth and needy people. It's a volunteer based organization we work for the welfare and betterment it non political organization and organization works without any discrimination.

Q : What made you get into social work?

Ans : I would say that most people who enter the social work profession are motivated by the desire to help others as well as the desire to change their world. I was also motivated by Edhi sahib. Certainly anyone desiring this profession would be interested in helping others rather than making money. And my motto in life is to help others .Social workers are often the front line for protecting children and families from harm. They have a great opportunity to generate change. And now I am able to protect those in trouble and set them on a better path.

Q : How does it feel to be a young Pakistani to work as a social worker?
 Ans: Yeah! It feels great ,Pakistan, a land that has become synonymous with ‘versatile’ crime, crude jokes about Talibanisation in the West and a euphemism for all that is dark and grey. There are always two sides to a coin; the first side is seldom the accurate or the complete picture. Showing world the brighter side of my country is my top priority

Q : Why did you make up your mind for social work? What were you trying to accomplish?
Ans :  I always wanted to help the people of my soil. Due to the lack of opportunities they are frustrated and majority are going on wrong path like terrorism, robbery etc . I just wanted to help them that's what i tried and still trying to accomplish

 Q : How hard was it to make such a step?
Ans :  As a young man and a single person I faced many obstacles reaching my dream to come true . Faced many criticism. people said I am doing to for my personal sake and now they are following and praising me.

Q : Do you feel a responsibility in making such organization?
Ans : Yeah it's a big responsibility, to manage volunteers and making precise decision is not an easy task.

 Q : Where do you think Pakistani youth is going these days?
Ans : They are destroying their time on smart phones and social media. They are not only destroying  their own future but indirectly they are harming Pakistan’s future. As youth is considered back bone of any nation.

Q : What do they need to do in order to correct their direction?
 Ans : They must know and feel their responsibilities and do some thing practical on ground for the betterment of society.  They must feel their responsibility,at least for their bright future they need to realize their worth, their reason of being existed on this land.

 Q : What else your social services are beside your NGOs i-e  Quetta online, Organization for youth development , Agha welfare?
Ans :  I volunteer for every social cause! As I am core member of civil society always busy in different tasks.

Q : Enlighten us with your few experiences in this field of work.

Ans :  Dewwar-e-mehrabani, Distribution of ration in Ramadan,Sports activities,Distribution of books, admission of needy children in schools etc, etc.

 Q: What’s next?
Ans :  To recognise my social organisations internationally.

Q : As a youngster are there any hindrances you face in doing such work? & How you face your critics?
Ans :My answer is no, as I haven’t faced any hindrances yet in doing my work. I found people very cooperative; I don’t know is it my good fortune or what. Haha.

Q : How you face your critics?
Ans :   My work is enough for the critics, critics motivates me.

Q : What do you want to accomplish? What is your ultimate goal?
Ans : I want to make a cancer hospital in my province and university for the girls in my province.

Ans : Take a step ahead , you will face difficulty but it the end you feel joy and happiness in working for others without any personal interest.

Hafeeza Mahessar is a college teacher, she teaches chemistry. Hafeeza is daughter of Roshan Ali Mahessar born on 3^rd February 1977 at Kandiaro. She did Matriculation from Sukkur then did my Intermediate from same city then joined University Of Sindh to get a degree of MSc in Chemistry then did my M.Ed from Shah Latif University Khairpur then finally did M.B.A from University Of Sindh .

Q: Why did you choose chemistry subject?

Ans: Studying Chemistry was my desire to do compulsion because from starting I was started in this subject.

Q: What did you feel when you were a lecturer of Chemistry in Nazareth college Hyderabad?

Ans: It was quite exciting and happiest moment of my life. It was dream and wishes to be a lecturer, so you can imagine well that after getting the thing your dream feeling become true.

Q: What should a new generation do to come at that position?

Ans: Today’s generation do a lot of hard work for their family and should be sincere with what they are doing.

Q: Is chemistry easy or difficult?

Ans: Depend upon the topic. Some times it is very interesting and some time little bit difficult .

Q:  Chemistry subject is much hard subject to teach? How you manage this and how you deliver your lecture in an effective manner ?

Ans: Mostly I used to deliver the lecture in demonstrating way . I used to involve students by different activities so that it would be easy an interesting and also effective towards students.

Q: What type of obstacles you found in this teaching profession?

Ans: No place in the world of profession is so easy, so I also faced a lot of hurdles , sometime by academic sometime by students behavior and sometimes by the employees .

Q: You are a chemist and belongs to a rural area. What you have done for a your deprived area?

Ans: I always encouraged and given knowledge to the people who came from rural area . I also used to help out the interiors to get good education, so that they also can prove them as best as they can.

Q: The females who came from rural areas to study in cities. What difficulties they face?

Ans: Some times they face language problems, they cannot cope up in society and the education of the urban areas seems to be difficult for them as they belong to rural areas and they had not got the quality of education. So they face many difficulties.

Q: Ma’am what are your planning about your future regarding your field?

Ans: Nothing special, just want to regulate my present activities in a good manner.

Ans: A women should be bold and strong enough to face any hurdle.

Tanveer Junejo is renowned short story writer, teacher and rights activist. She is playing her role for society in a responsible way. She was born on 6^th of February, 1952 in a small town of Dadu district Pat Sharif. She got her early education from village and did M.A Sociology from University of Sindh, Jamshoro in 1973. After that, she did her Ph.D from University of Sindh.  She served as chairperson of Department of Sociology in this mother institute and she contributed her many books on women rights in Sindhi literature. Now she is retired.

Q: How you saw university in your job period?

Ans. The university seemed quite good to me that it became my ideal to do job there initially the university environment was pleasant but it worsened slowly and gradually.

Q: Tell your experience as a student?

Ans. Student life was great and cheerful along with teachers who were highly qualified besides that there were no clashes between sindhi and muhajir communities.

Q: Mostly the working women avoid marriages why you have not choose to marry?

Ans.  I do not like to be bound in certain limits this is the reason I did not marry in my life because I am the women of my freedom.

Q: What is competition?

Ans. People today compete in order to get achievement which by the time results in the conflict among them and the opposite party so according to me competition should not be performed to harm anyone.

Q: Being a women, you have a sustainable life what would you say about today’s generation?

Ans. The women of today’s era are self-made and confident about themselves. I must say there is a big difference between the time that I have spent my life in and the time today where girls are progressing the women were respected in my time and now they hardly get respected in male dominated society.

Q: How much strong is a woman?

Ans. A woman is a strong human being. If she belongs from an open-minded family and has a healthy family background then she definitely is known as a strong women.

Q: You played an active role in all fields of life what is the reason behind this?

Ans.  I have never been much active in my life I have worked in radio programmes for women studies. This is the way I have contributed something to the society otherwise I did not keep telling everyone my services and my contribution.

Q: What are the effects of geography in history and sociology of society?

Ans. Culture comes to life on the basis of geography. We change our whole  lifestyle with the help of geography for instance there is not water available in Thar due to which the innocent children are being expired day by day and which automatically effects on the health of all the living beings dwelling there.

Q: How will you describe the sociology of Sindh today? Why and how it has changed?

Ans. Sociology includes all the main aspect i.e., politics culture etc., you may observe the vast changes in Sindh due to which out atmosphere has been changed all we need is to move forward with our minds clear and a clear planning.

Q: Women harassment bill has already passed but still non-working women utilize it why?

Ans. A women today knows how to compete in a right manner and has the ability to leave the man behind.
